Local Jewellery Designer inspired by Nature
September 16, 2009
Stokers Siding resident Adam Scott-Young, jewellery artisan, has the foremost intention to create from a state of appreciation, wearable sculptures using precious metals and gemstones.

Peridot & Purple Sapphires
For Adam this is a commitment to honouring the materials, the process and people involved in sourcing them, and, those who will appreciate them when they are here. This is accomplished by creating exceptional pieces that push the boundaries of what is expected, surprise with their comfort and delight with big bright stones, voluptuous lines and crisp detail.
Adam’s wearable sculptures emerge from his hand-rendered design drawings, inspired by nature’s exotic stones and pearls which he selects for their rarity, colour and form. At Adam’s hand these ingredients from the Earth are sculptured with inspiration from her beauty and a commitment to creating one-of-a-kind pieces that are ‘out of this world’.
