Police are appealing for the public’s help following the theft of more than 50 head of cattle near Lismore.
The 52 Hereford cows and calves were stolen from a property on Kyogle Road at Bentley in late February this year.
The cattle left the property through an adjoining property on Rambildinis Road.
They have the branding S/H on the nearside (left) rump and a slit nearside ear.
Investigators believe whoever carried out the theft was well-prepared and has extensive experience in the livestock industry.
Police want to speak with anyone who noticed irregular cattle movement by means of a large livestock transport on that time.
