Highway Patrol Police were alerted to a small motorcycle being ridden on the Pacific Highway at Knockrow at 1.35am on Thursday morning by passing heavy vehicle drivers.

Police attending located a 16-year-old female allegedly riding the small blue and white cycle south along the fog line, no lights, no helmet, no registration and no licence.

The young female was charged with numerous traffic offences, goods in custody and breaching bail conditions.

At the time, traffic on the highway was mostly heavy vehicles

Police executed two search warrants on Wednesday, locating cannabis leaf and plants.

At 9.20am a warrant was executed on an Adams Street, Coraki, premises where cannabis with a street value of $53,000 was seized.

A 31-year-old male and 21-year-old female have been charged with cultivation of prohibited drug.

At 1.20pm Police attended a property on Old Mill Road, Roseberry Creek, where they located two large cannabis plants growing in the yard adjacent to the premises.

A 44-year-old male has been charged with cultivation of prohibited drug.
