Highway Patrol Police arrested and charged a 46-year-old Moranbah (Qld) man with high-range PCA after complaints from the public in relation to erratic driving. The male was allegedly driving his 1990 Holden near the intersection of Bruxner Highway and Theresa Creek Road Mummulgum at 3.10pm on Monday afternoon. At the time the male was accompanied in the vehicle with his young son.

A 29-year-old Lismore male has been issued with infringement notices for a burnout he performed at 9am Monday morning near the intersection of Gaggin Lane and Brewster Street Lismore.

Offenders have spread food and alcohol throughout a premise in Rosegum Drive Goonellabah between 2pm Sunday and 2pm Monday afternoon after forcing entry into the premises which was trashed.
