Lismore Highway Police have detected a 24-year-old Lismore male driving his 1994 Honda in Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah, travelling at 111 kph in a 50kph zone.
At the time the vehicle was occupied by three other males.
The incident occurred at 2.16am Saturday morning.
