Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter has airlifted a 48-year-old man from a private property in Nymboida.
The man reportedly fell 5-6 metres from a balcony overnight.
The man is reported to have crawled inside the house to raise the alarm by telephoning for help.
He was stablised by intensive care paramedics at the scene before Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter airlifted him from a paddock and took him to Coffs Harbour Hospital where he is currently being treated for suspected spinal injuries.
