Two men die in Tenterfield motorcycle crash

A report will be prepared for the Coroner following a fatal motorcycle collision at Tenterfield.
Shortly before 4am today (Saturday 9 May 2009) a truck driver located the wreckage of a motorcycle which had hit a pole in Rouse Street.
The bodies of a 19-year-old man and a 20-year-old man were found nearby. Both males were from Tenterfield.
Rouse Street was closed while inquiries were conducted into the circumstances surrounding the single vehicle collision. The roadway was reopened to traffic at midday.
