Police seek public assistance following armed robbery at South Grafton

Police are seeking public assistance following the armed robbery of a club in the Grafton last night.
About 11.55pm, three men armed with a firearm and knives entered a club on Wharf Street, South Grafton, before threatening staff.
The men forced two female staff members into a cash room where they stole a sum of cash before fleeing in an unknown direction.
All patrons had left at the time of the robbery and no one was injured during the incident.
Police from Coffs/Clarence Local Area Command attended the club a short time later where a crime scene was established and investigated by specialist officers.
Investigations into the incident are continuing and police urge anyone with information to contact Coffs/Clarence Police via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
