Argentine tourist reported missing in Byron Bay area

Police are appealing for public help to locate an Argentine tourist, reported missing in the Byron Bay area.
 
20-year-old Jessica Mathov has not been seen since Monday 21 June and has failed to recently contact her family in Buenos Aires.
 
Police from the Tweed/Byron Local Area Command and Ms Mathov’s parents are concerned about her welfare.
 
Ms Mathov is described as Caucasian in appearance, about 170cm tall with an olive complexion and long, straight, brown hair.
 
Anyone who may have seen Ms Mathov or has knowledge of her whereabouts is urged to contact Byron Bay police on (02) 6685 9499 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
