Floodwaters peaked in Lismore this morning and are now falling, the SES has reported.
 
WARNINGS

A Flood Warning remains in force for the Wilsons River.

The Wilsons River peaked at 6am this morning in Lismore at a height of 4.57 metres. The river is now falling and the flood peak is downstream of Lismore.

Local roads and causeways in the rural areas upstream around Lismore may be affected by water. The Hensley car park and the Rowing Club car park are closed.

SAFETY AND PREPAREDNESS MESSAGES

The SES advises that you should never enter floodwaters.
