Simon Tedeschi to perform at Byron Bay

Local music fans are in for a special treat when Simon Tedeschi performs at the Byron Bay Community Centre on Sunday, July 20.
Tedeschi is described as a hugely talented, energetic and versatile artist.
He performed his first Mozart piano concerto in the Sydney Opera House at the age of 9.
Now at 26 and touring on the International circuit, Simon Tedeschi will present a Steinway concert featuring works by Jelly Roll Morton, Rachmaninoff, Beethoven, Debussy, Dave Brubeck and Fats Waller.
As Roving Ambassador for the Australian Children’s Music Foundation he has worked a great deal with street kids in Cambodia and is currently residing in the US.
Simon has performed for the United Nations, the Dalai Lama and given piano recitals with Slava Grigoryan, Jazz Violinist Ian Cooper and some of the world’s top Symphony Orchestras.
Byron Bay Music Society Youth Music Project presents Simon Tedeschi’s ‘Fingerbuster’ Steinway Concert at Byron Bay Community Centre, 69 Jonson St. Byron Bay 2pm Sunday 20th July, 2008.
