Far North Coaster surf report

There’s a small swell this morning and some nice beach breaks on the open beaches, but the forecast for the weekend is not good, with onshores and northerlies predicted.

Marine weather:

Friday until midnight: Wind: Variable to 10 knots, tending E/NE 10/15 knots in the afternoon. Sea: About 1 metre. Swell: S/SE about 1 metre. Isolated thunderstorms.

Saturday: Wind: Variable to 10 knots, tending N/NE 10/15 knots afternoon/evening. Sea: Less than 1 metre, rising to 1 to 1.5 metres during the afternoon/evening. Swell: S about 1 metre.

Sunday Outlook: Wind: N strengthening to 20/30 knots.

Monday Outlook: Wind: N/NW 20/30 knots, turning S/SE 15/25 knots.
