Northern NSW Under-15 girls finish third

Northern NSW Under-15 Girls finished third in the Westfield National Youth Football Championships after defeating NSW Country 2-0 yesterday.

Under-15 Girls:

9th/10th place: Tasmania 6 (O Edwards 13’, E Gavalas 19’/44’, M Chisholm 24’, A Berrie 34’, A Wade 38’) Northern Territory 0

7th/8th place: Football Victoria 1 (J Vogt 8’) Football West 0

5th/6th place: Capital Football 1 (E Beaumont 26’) South Australia 0

3rd/4th place: Northern NSW 2 (A Jones 38’, H Tamblyn 49′) NSW Country 0

Under-15 Girls – Finals Schedule: Day Eight – Saturday 18th July 2009, 9am Queensland v NSW Metro 1st/2nd place.

Under-17 Girls:

9th/10th place: Capital Football 4 (E Pearson 11’/58’, F Jacobsen 33’, G Mouzakitis 61’) Northern Territory 1 (A Kelly 27’)

7th/8th place: Victoria 2 (M Anderson 61’, U Hughson 68’) Tasmania 0

5th/6th place: Football West 1 (S Goadsby 46’) South Australia 1 (N.Calder 13’) (Football West won 4-3 on penalties)

3rd/4th place: NSW Metro 1 (H Petinos 65’) NSW Country 1 (R Potter 8’) (NSW Country won 4-2 on penalties).
