Mullumbimby Giants beat Northern United 30-16 in the Northern Rivers Regional Rugby League qualifying semi-final at Mullumbimby today and now will take on NRRRL minor premiers Lower Clarence at Maclean for the right to host the grand final.

In the elimination semi-final on Saturday, Grafton Ghosts ended the season for defending premiers Byron Bay with a 40-8 win at Grafton.

Ghosts now take on Northern United in next Saturday’s minor semi-final in Lismore.
