Round Six of the Football Far North Coast Premier Division Soccer Competition will continue this weekend, with a few key match ups taking place.
Richmond Rovers will take on Byron Bay at Byron, with the Rams looking to bounce back after a 6-1 drubbing at the hands of Lennox Head last Saturday. Rovers could look to extend their lead at the top of the table, giving them some breathing space as the come into the tough part of the draw.
Ballina faces the tough task of travelling to Italo Stars on Saturday night, with both sides needing to take points to stay in contention, despite being at opposite ends of the table.
Lennox Head should look to continue good form against Goonellabah, and Bangalow should go in as favourites against Thistles at Bangalow.
The other crucial match will come when Pottsville host Lismore Workers. Both sides are struggling for points early on, and a win over their rival at this stage of the season could be crucial in the relegation battle at the end of the season. Both sides will look to score plenty of goals, as a draw could see both teams lagg behind the early pace.
