Police from Richmond Target Action Group have arrested and charged a 46-year-old Goolmangar male after a routine traffic stop in Bridge Street, Lismore, at 3.20pm on Wednesday afternoon.

Seized in the search of utility allegedly revealed 4.6kg of cannabis with estimated street value of $50,000 and 105 grams of amphetamine with a street value of $12,700.

The male has been charged with two counts of possession and of supply of prohibited drug.

Missing from a Babyl Creek Road Woolners Arm (Dyraaba) property is a Braham Bull (grey) with the brand GJ on the left rump.

The animal valued at $4000 was last seen in January, with a recent muster failing to locate the bull.

Overnight, police in Lismore have issued two eight-hour noise abatement to residents: 

At 3am Thursday morning Police were called to Dalley Street, East Lismore.

At 3.30am residents reported a noisy party in Scoot Place, South Lismore.

Noise abatement directions apply for the period nominated,.

Any breaches within the set hours can be dealt with by a $250 infringement or if deemed necessary a warrant can be applied for the remove and seize the offending device (stereo).
