Country representative centre Sam Stewart crossed for three tries in Lennox Head’s 59-21 win over Southern Cross University in Far North Coast rugby’s round five catch-up games on Saturday.

Despite the win, the defending premiers are still out of the top four, which is led by Ballina on 28, ahead of Wollongbar Alstonville (24), Lismore (21) and Casino (15).

Ballina beat Lismore 34-21 on Saturday. Other winners on Saturday were Wollongbar Alstonville 22-12 over Casino, and Coolangatta-Tweed, 26-5 over Grafton.
